Privacy Policy

The present privacy policy is established in accordance with art. 13 of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), and art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (Personal Data Protection Code) and concerns all personal data processed according to the methods listed below.

Data controller

Data processed

The personal data processed are collect as directly transferred by the Data subject. The data directly processed by the Data subject are all personal data communicated to the Data controller, directly from the Data subject.

Purposes of data processing

Contractual or pre-contractual exigences or the fulfillment of legal obligations connected to the Data controller are the juridical basis of the processing activity in order to guarantee personal data transmission. For this reason, the potential refusal to the processing activity or rather a missed, incorrect or partial transfer of the data could cause the impossibility of a correct supply of the service or the impossibility, for the Data controller, to reply to information requests sent by the Data subject.

The processing of your personal data is done by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Data subjects

The personal data supplied could be communicated to conveniently nominated subjects who will process all data as person in charge of processing and/or as individual in charge. The Data controller doesn’t communicate to third party’s information of Data subjects without their consent, except in case of extremely urgent administrative or company purposes, or rather if required from the legislation.

Methods of processing

The personal data are processed only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been processed, always considering a recurring verification of the data stored in order to delete all obsolete data, except in the case of legislation storing obligations. The processing of data is generally performed in the Data controller company, by the employees or external collaborators nominated as person in charge of processing and/or as individual in charge. Dedicated measures of security must be followed in order to prevent possible data loss, illegal or incorrect uses and unauthorized accesses.

Rights of the data subject

According to art. 15 – 21 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 every Data subjects has a series of rights.

  • Right of access: the Data subject, according to art. 15, has the right to receive confirmation that the company has been performing an activity of processing of his/her/its personal data and, if necessary, he/she/it could ask for a copy. Furthermore he/she/it has the right to access to his/her/its personal data and additional information (for example: the purpose of processing activity), the categories of Data subjects, the period of data storing and all his/her/its executable rights.
  • Right of adjustment the Data subject, according to art. 16, has the right to obtain the adjustment of his/her/its incorrect personal data and an integration.
  • Right of cancellation: the Data subject has the right to obtain the cancellation of his/her/its personal data, without unjustified delay, if there’s one of the reasons listed in the art. 17.
  • Right of limitation of processing: the Data subject has the right, in the cases listed in the art 18 of the Regulation 2016/679, to obtain the limitation of processing.
  • Right of data portability: the Data subject has the right to receive in a structured format, of common use and readable from and automatic device, his/her/its personal data and he/she/it has the right to transfer this data to another Data controller without any obstacle, according to the indications of art. 20 of the Regulation 2016/679.
  • Right of opposition to processing: the Data subject has the right to take position against the processing of his/her/its personal data according to the indications of the art. 21 of the Regulation 2016/679.
  • The Data subject has also the right to file a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Updates and modifications

The Data controller reserves the right to periodically modify, add or update the present Privacy policy in accordance with the applicable regulation or with all provisions implemented by the Italian Data Protection Authority. We invite all users to regularly check our Privacy Policy, in order to verify the updated version.
